Thomas W. L. Chin
Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of London in 2014 and with a Certificate in Legal Practice from the Malaysian Legal Profession Qualifying Board in 2015.
He then read law in the chambers of Mr. Malcolm Murphy of ROZLAN KHUEN and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2016. He was subsequently retained as an Associate of ROZLAN KHUEN in the litigation department. Thomas primarily acted for commercial organizations in a wide range of corporate-commercial disputes. He has acted as counsel at most levels of the Malaysian Courts including the Court of Appeal.
In March 2020, Thomas founded THOMAS CHAMBERS, the name and style under which Thomas is practising law. He is focused in a select few and related areas of practice, namely Corporate Fraud & Asset Recovery, Corporate Insolvency & Debt Restructuring, Corporate Governance Dispute Resolution, and Commercial Dispute Resolution.
